You will receive digital badges under the following circumstances:

• Exam badge: Each time you pass any version of the exam included in FCSS in Security Operations.
• Certification badge: Once you achieve the requirement for the FCSS in Security Operations certification.

Recertification

• If your FCSS in Security Operations certification has expired, you must pass one NSE 6 exam and the NSE 7 exam within two years apart to renew your certification.
• While your FCSS in Security Operations certification is still active, you can extend the expiration date by two years from the date you complete the following requirement:
  • Pass one NSE 6 exam and the NSE 7 exam from the FCSS in Security Operations certification track before the expiry date.
• While your FCSS in Security Operations certification is still active, you can extend the expiration date by three years from the date you achieve or renew the FCX in Cybersecurity certification.
• Passing one NSE 6 or the NSE 7 exam recertifies your FCP in Security Operations, FCF, and FCA certifications if they are still active.
