    Course Details


    Implementing Cisco Virtual Wide-Area Application Services (VWAAS) v1.0 is a 5-day course. This course teaches learners how to deploy, configure, operate, maintain and support a solution using Cisco Virtual Wide-Area Application Services (VWAAS) that provides performance optimization for application data over WAN. The learner will also understand the Cisco VWAAS optimization technologies, protocols, services, functions, advanced features and operation. The learner will learn how to implement, integrate, install, manage and troubleshoot Cisco VWAAS solutions in diverse Data Center virtualization environments such as in Enterprise networks and Virtual Private Clouds. In this course learner will gain a comprehensive hands-on VWAAS labs experience.


    Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

    • Understand the concept of Customer Success in the context of software products or services
    • Be able to identify the key tasks, and expectations from the CSM role
    • Know about the concepts of CSF, KPI and how they are employed to measure success
    • Be able to define the concepts of stakeholders, business outcomes, ARR, LTCV, and how they relate to tracking success

    It is recommended, but not required, to have the following skills and knowledge before attending this course:

    • Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching (or equivalent knowledge)

    • Fundamental knowledge of WAN Optimization
    • Fundamental knowledge on Network Protocols and Applications including HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, SMB, NFS, MAPI, VDI
