    Course Details


    The Certified Wireless Technology Specialist (CWTS) is a certification that validates the knowledge and skillset of IT sales and support professionals on the basics of Enterprise 802.11 wireless networks.


    The Enterprise Wi-Fi Fundamentals, CWTS Certification v1.0 course provides the networking professional a foundation of knowledge for entering into or advancing within the wireless networking industry. From basic RF theory and regulatory requirements to implementation of WLAN devices, this course focuses on bringing Wi-Fi sales and support professionals up-to-speed on the latest in 802.11 technologies in a practical way.


    NOTE: The CWTS exam is retiring on December 31, 2018, exams must be scheduled prior to then or the vouchers will be voided. Sales of the vouchers and materials will end December 1, 2018. The certification acquired before that time will remain valid, but the exam will no longer be available at that time. As an alternative, consider the CWS and CWT certifications.
